11% per annum is a special rate and shall be applied to Cooperative Loans with the following qualifications:

• No past due account upon application of loan
• Has stockholding not lower than Php 150,000.00
• Has good credit of the bank for more than 3 years
• With Audited FS and Certificate of Compliance issued by CDA

SAMAHANG NAYON LOANS

Requirements:

1. Board Resolution applying for a loan with the Cooperative Bank of Bohol and stating the authorized signatories to transact business with the bank.
2. Application form duly signed by the authorized signatories.
3. List of Individual Borrowers with signatures
4. Community Tax Receipt of the maker and co-maker
5. Proof of Billing /Brgy. Certification of residence of maker and co-maker
6. 2×2 ID picture of maker and co-maker
7. Photocopy of Valid ID of maker and co-maker

COOPERATIVE LOANS

Requirements:

1. Board Resolution applying for a loan with the Cooperative Bank of Bohol and stating the authorized signatories to transact business with the bank.
2. Application form duly signed by the authorized signatories.
3. Latest Audited Financial Statement
4. List of Individual Borrowers with signatures
5. TIN/Community Tax Receipt of the maker and co-maker
6. Proof of Billing /Brgy. Certification of residence of maker and co-maker
7. 2×2 ID picture of maker and co-maker
8. Photocopy of Valid ID of maker and co-maker
